Very informative

This book was for my beer wine and spirits class in college. As a pastry chef learning about the different types of alcholic beverages was very facinating and my professor was the one who wrote the book along with someone else so it really enhanced the learning experiance. Great if you want to learn the history as well as learn explinations and descriptions of the types of alcohol.

Horrible editing and not very well done

Just not impressed. The editing sucks, the content is dated (Washington and other places put California to shame today in wine). It does not include coffee, which by any stretch is a beverage. I would never buy this book for myself unless I needed it for my class. Instructors, get something that is up to date.
It covers the ground, but is is very bumpy and there are holes. Have to give it a 3 at least since it is adequate with a good instructor.

I needed this book for one of my classes this quarter and its great. It's the correct book that I needed and was delivered very quickly. The edges were a little worn, but you gotta expect that with a paperback. Overall, I'd order from this seller again and recommend others to do so. Thank you!
